What you will do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires: orientation, training programs.
  • Negotiate with candidates to finalize job offers.
  • Maintain organized candidate databases for easy access and accuracy.
  • Define role requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source active and passive candidates using diverse search methods.
  • Send recruiting emails to candidates and follow up as necessary.
  • Support learning and development initiatives: assist in training coordination and tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvement: identify areas for optimization and implement enhancements.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
  • Facilitate HR-related communications and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, process improvement, and broader HR functions to ensure the overall success and growth of SignaTech.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/MBA Qualified
  • 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiar with diverse sourcing methods, adept at conducting structured interviews, and proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes.
  • Capability to contribute to diverse HR projects and initiatives
