What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in calling US customers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, and closely working with seniors to close the deals.
What you will do:
- Conduct minimum number of outbound calls to potential customers in the US market to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales tech team to create solution proposal
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about IT industry trends, through product knowledge and a minimum business acumen
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, specifically in calling US customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
