What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and trend-driven Social Media & Growth Specialist
who understands the tech landscape and can build a strong digital identity for our
brand. The ideal candidate can create impactful content, drive engagement, generate
leads, and contribute to positioning the company as a trusted tech partner.
You will oversee social platforms end-to-end, create content that converts, engage
with communities, and own the brand growth metrics.

What you will do:
• Manage and grow our social media presence ( LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
• Create engaging content around IT services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity,
software solutions etc.
• Turn technical concepts into simple, high-value posts, short videos &
creatives
• Engage with industry communities, founders & prospects online
• Work with our tech team to turn insights into posts, case studies, and stories
• Build brand authority + generate inbound leads through strategic content
• Handle podcast production, YouTube channel growth, and Executive
Management’s personal branding content in social media including planning,
recording, coordination, and clip creation.
• Track performance & continuously improve content and reach.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience in social media / digital marketing
• Understanding of IT/tech trends (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SaaS, etc.)
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Hands-on with Canva / Adobe / design & scheduling tools
• Curious, proactive, & always learning what’s trending in tech + marketing
• Creative + analytical mindset (content + numbers!)

Nice to Have
• Video editing (Reels, shorts)
• SEO basics
• Experience with LinkedIn growth or B2B marketing
• Ability to run small campaigns, webinars, collabs.
