We are in search of a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist
What we’re looking for:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the social media team to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, be familiar with popular social media platforms, and have a desire to contribute to our brand’s growth.
What you will do:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the social media team to ensure brand messaging consistency.
- Platform Management: Monitor and engage with the audience across social media channels, responding to comments and messages. Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms following the content calendar.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on performance indicators and offer insights for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices. Identify opportunities for innovative content and engagement strategies. Explore new tools and technologies to enhance social media efforts.
- Collaborate: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to integrate social media into broader initiatives.
Requirements:
- Final-year college students with prior social media or digital marketing internship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Familiar with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and photo editing skills are desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
