What you’ll do:

- Leading Team: Assemble a diverse team of technical experts. Lead the team like a coach, delegating tasks, setting clear expectations, and providing constant mentorship.
- Resource Optimization: Skillfully manage project resources to meet budget, personnel, and technology requirements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Cross-Functional Versatility: Excel in cross-functional roles, spanning both technical and managerial aspects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, keeping them informed and interested in the project’s progress through effective communication.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every project deliverable meets high standards of excellence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and related tools.
- Excellent leadership skills, directing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools and project management software.
- Certifications like PMP, Agile, or similar are advantageous.
